It was during my own recovery from an auto accident that I discovered the tremendous benefits that massage has to offer. An exceptional therapist created this amazing change in my life!  At that time, I made my living as an executive chef. In October of 1999, I was honored by being included on Washingtonian Magazine's “Best Catering Chefs” list. In 2003, I decided to change my career and follow my other passion in the healing arts by becoming a massage and bodywork therapist.  In addition to being a nationally certified massage therapist. I am also a certified master hypnotist and I maintain a small private hypnotherapy practice.
