  1. Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment time to be sure to receive their entire session.  I meet clients of the Lobby Level.  If you arrive early, please tell the front desk you are here for me and have a seat in the lobby.  If you arrive very early, there is a coffee shop on the corner of 17th and Q that has house roasted coffee and a selection of teas.  Please allow plenty of time for travel and parking.

  2. Because I often book sessions with just 30 minutes between sessions, on-time arrival is important.  If you find that you must be late for any reason, a phone call  prior to your appointment is very helpful.

  3. A shower is available to massage clients. Please remember when booking your appointment to mention that you would like to shower either before or after your massage.  This gives me the opportunity to adjust my schedule  accordingly so a showering client’s actual session time is not cut short.

  4. First time clients are asked to allow a few extra minutes to fill out a general intake and information form.

  5. Late arrivals will be accommodated with as much time as possible, but only as my schedule allows.  Session times may cut short for late arrivals.  Clients are expected to pay for the booked session length.

  6. I ask that same day appointments not be made via email but by telephone contact.  No calls are accepted from private or blocked numbers, or after 8 PM.

  7. If you need to cancel an appointment, 24 hours notice is appreciated.  For cancelations of less than 24 hours, 50% of the anticipated fee will be added to your next session.  For appointments canceled within four hours of appointment time, a payment 100% of the anticipated fee is expected.

  8. Appointments that are a “no show/no call”  for any reason will not be given the opportunity to reschedule an appointment.

Payments:

Currently, I only accept cash payments at my home studio location.  I may accept a check from a regular client after several sessions.  If it is necessary to make a credit card payment, a Google e-bill can be sent at the time your appointment is booked.  In order for an e-billed appointment to be considered confirmed, the e-bill must be processed and paid in advance.  A $20.00 service fee is included in all e-bill sessions. No refunds are made on e-billed transactions if your appointment is canceled by you. Canceled e-billed appointments may be rescheduled in accordance with other cancellation policies.


Out Calls:

Out calls must be pre-booked and are available only when my schedule has a minimum of four hours open.  Out calls are for 90 minutes at the rate of $210.00. Out calls must be prepaid at the time of booking through Google Checkout.  No refunds will be made on out call sessions if your appointment is canceled by you.  However, under some circumstances an out call may be rescheduled as my schedule allows and at my discretion.
